Pu conveyor belt joint methods generally have the following several kinds, conveyor belt joint methods are: mechanical joint, cold bonding joint, hot vulcanization joint and other commonly used methods.

Mechanical joint generally refers to the use of belt buckle joint. This joint method is convenient and economical, but the efficiency of the joint is low and easy to damage, which has a certain impact on the service life of conveyor belt products. In the PVC and PVG whole core flame retardant antistatic conveyor belt joint, the general grade 8 belt products are used this joint method.

Cold bonding joint, that is, the use of cold adhesive to carry out the joint. This kind of joint method is more efficient and economical than mechanical joint, so it should have better joint effect. However, in practice, because the process conditions are difficult to master, and the quality of adhesive has a great influence on the joint, it is not very stable.

Hot vulcanization joint, practice has proved to be the most ideal joint method, can ensure high joint efficiency, but also very stable, joint life is very long, easy to master. However, there are some disadvantages such as troublesome process, high cost and long operation time.
