Blistering is a common appearance defect in appearance quality. There are three main reasons
(1) The canvas is not dry or has too much moisture during rolling. When the polycrystalline ester compound canvas is used to roll the friction rubber, it is dried first, and then the friction rubber and friction rubber are rolled. If the moisture is too large, the moisture will gasify and form bubbles during vulcanization. EP cloth and nylon cloth do not need to be dried. Glue must be glued immediately after opening to avoid moisture absorption in the atmosphere. Especially when the air humidity is high in rainy days, the rolled canvas should not be placed for too long. The core should be immediately rubbed with rubber to avoid foaming. In addition, when applying the edge glue or blank glue, please wait for the solvent to dry before pasting the glue. If the thick liquid is not dry, it will blister during vulcanization.
(2) Belt core or marketing target rubber mixed with garbage. In the calendering sheet process, molding process, core and marketing target rubber, sometimes the working environment is not cleaned by a cup of tea, or the operation is improper and mixed with garbage. Due to the cloud synchronous isolation cloth is not clean, garbage into the tape will also cause blistering, all aspects of the production process should pay attention to the clean environment, do a good job in civilized production.
(3) The temperature of cylinder communication port of vulcanization plate is too high, and the control of cooling water is poor. The temperature of the cylinder communication port position of the flat curing press must be controlled. If it is too low, it must not be too high, if it is too low, it must not be too high. If it is too high, the cylinder communication port is easy to blister, so controlling the temperature of cylinder communication port is an important content that vulcanization operators should pay attention to. In particular, if the vulcanization time is long and the temperature is too high, the cylinder communication port is easy to blister when demoulding.
