Most conveyor belts are customized by explaining the parameters and characteristics of the belt to the conveyor belt manufacturer. They are all annular. According to different connection methods, the installation process is also different. Conveyor belt manufacturers describe two different conveyor belt connection modes:

1. Latch connection

The conveyor belt connected by the latch is connected together through the latch after cutting the size. The latches at both ends are connected together through a steel rod, which has the characteristics of convenient disassembly and simple installation. Therefore, there is no need to remove the roll during installation. Insert the steel rod after the joints on both sides are aligned.

2. Hot vulcanization connection

The conveyor belt connected by thermal vulcanization is connected by adjusting the accurate temperature and pressure. Before connection, the toothing process shall be carried out on the belt, and the produced belt interface can bear the load

With high tension, the appearance is basically the same as that of other parts of the belt. The conveyor belt produced by this connection has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, overall regularity and strong tension at the interface.

During installation, the roller needs to be removed before installation.
